Six wines, one grower
Once a month we hand the bar to someone who makes the wine. This time it is a small Chenin producer from Montlouis, who farms eight hectares by hand and bottles without filtering.
Tickets include six pours and a round of small plates. There are twenty-four seats and they usually go within the week.
